The West Indies just pulled off a six-wicket win to level the current series against the Sri Lankans but West Indians will know that they are still a struggling team ordained for the time being to dwell among the minions of cricket...test or one day.
It’s a gut wrenching scenario especially when one considers how high the West Indian flag once flew. Sure, everyone understands cycles but the scary thought is how long the calypso loving cricketers have been kicked around the block since those dominant years and the fact that there is still no end in sight...victory against the Sri Lankans not withstanding.
