The owner of this restaurant is Norma Shirley, famously known as Jamaica’s most acclaimed chef. She is also fondly referred to as Jamaica’s Julia Child. Although Norma is rarely on site, her chefs have mastered her recipes to perfection.
The chefs are very accommodating and will prepare anything you ask. Guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions are invited to notify staff so that their meals are prepared accordingly. Staff is friendly and will bring the food to you wherever you choose to sit, either by the pool, the beach, or the terrace.
On Norma’s menu is Shrimp with Wine Sauce, 3-Citrus Fillet of Red Snapper, spicy Old Harbor Shrimp, Jerk Chicken, and a variety of hamburgers. Meals are nicely presented and served with tropical drinks. Norma’s also caters wedding dinners which includes a delicious Banana-Coconut Rum Cake.

Norma’s is located at the Sea Splash resort. Formal attire is not required here: short and t-shirts will do just fine.
