I am aged 32 and I’ve been a selector for about about 3 years but I’ve been around music much much longer. Being the son of one of Guyana’s top band (Jim & the Livingends) during the 70’s era I’ve learnt a great lot about collecting & playing music.
Being raised in a proud Jamaican family, I love all types but reggae/dancehall is the @#$* Best!!! I’ve always wanted to become a DJ but due to my strict upbringing my education came first so I had to wait until my adult years for this to happen.
Before I started playing is use to be around Stereo Sonic from NY then I used to Manage Gold Stone from NY until I formed my own movement (Riddim Squad) which is in the top 5 of sound systems in Guyana .
There is no greater joy ( except the love for women) than to bring the vibes to the masses musically thence the name Riddim Daddy ask mi anything bout music and mi can tell you.
